About 60 million Americans suffer from IBS. Despite the disease being so widespread, there is no definitive ‘cure’ for it because of that fact that there are varying underlying causes, which makes each person’s exact symptoms unique too. The best approach is to manage IBS via supplementation and also to eliminate trigger foods and beverages. SeroVera has brought to market SeroLife Probiotic, which, as the name suggests, has a probiotic bias. It contains 5 billion live bacteria in every capsule and 15 probiotic strains to boost the beneficial bacteria in your GI tract and keep it working optimally.

As is clear, the 15 strands make for a good formulation. Most people only know that they’re lacking probiotics, but do not know which strains are lacking – indeed, this can be quite tricky to ascertain. This is why this broad-based approach is important – it means that irrespective of your particular gut conditions – acid or alkaline – good bacteria will be delivered to it. It also means that a wider range of intestinal lining fortification takes place than otherwise would have. As broad as possible a range of food categories – dairy, meat and other proteins, carbohydrates and sugars – are broken down thanks to these various probiotics supporting the enzymes. They also build a wall of strength against bad bacteria and other fungal invaders.

Conclusive Review About SeroVera SeroLife Probiotic
SeroLife Probiotic is crammed with a wider range of probiotics than most. Unsurprisingly, those whose main IBS symptom is constipation seem to benefit the most as it would go a long way to restoring the proper working of the intestines and bowel by helping to break down foods and stimulating increased motility. Taking only one main strain of probiotics is not enough to help repopulate the good bacteria in the gut, or to bring about the benefits of probiotics.
The fact the product gets good reviews shows again why having such a wide range of probiotics is important – it makes an impact on symptoms and decreases the number of attacks. Clearly, the range of strains compensates for the lack of density – you need between 50 and 100 billion probiotics per day whereas this supplement offers five billion. It is also expensive and remember the refund policy is curtailed – so while we would say it is a good probiotic supplement for IBS, it is not the best as there are cheaper supplements delivering a higher count, with a similar number of strains. In addition, SeroLife won’t be able to address all the many symptoms of IBS. To get more complete long-term relief, you also need to consider a product containing enzymes, prebiotics and amino acids, or buying them separately.
